Linda Luckini became interested in painting by watching Bill Alexander in 1985 on PBS television. Linda began taking classes from Certified Alexander Instructors and with their encourangement decided to become an Alexander Certified Teacher in 1991.

Within two months Linda opened her own studio and gallery in Toledo Oregon, Starting with a base of four students, Linda now has over 500! Her youngest student is 7 years old and her oldest is 94. Age is no barrier to having fun painting.

Linda teaches at her studio, several community colleges, resorts and private homes throughout Oregon. Linda tells all her students that with determinations, desire and a little direction they will have beautiful results in each painting.

Linda also periodically hosts several Alexander Art Master Artists at her studio. These have included Bill Alexander, Buck Paulson, Lowell Speers and Robert Warren. This is a relationship that has continuted now for over thirteen years.

In August of 2001 Linda completed the first Frank Clark Watercolor Certification and became one of the first instructors in the United States to be certified to teach the Simply Painting Watercolor Technique.

Linda has been a long time asset to the Alexander Silver Falls Painting Seminar held annnually in Silverton, Oregon. This year she will be teaching along with Master Artists Buck Paulson and Robert Warren and Master Instructors, Joan Darflinger, Floyd (JR)Hook, Normal Rachlin and Wald Burger. Linda's featured painting Yaquina Lighthouse is one that will be taught at Silver Fallls.
